Note: This is a re-scheduled event from August, so the people who were registered for that event were added early.
Join us as Dr. Leon blends science with sound, sharing insights from her research and guiding a real-time journey into relaxation and brain-based well-being, using sound.
🧘 What to Bring:
✅ Yoga mat (we have a few spares)
✅ Small blanket
✅ Small pillow
✅ Open mind and comfy clothes
(She’ll provide heated eye masks + free learning materials!)
