Join Jefferson State Community College for workforce development partnership focused on older teens (16 and up).

After completing the online theory training, this in-person lab will allow you to practice skills learned online like:

Basic characteristics of customer service

How to take care of customer needs

How to interact at all stages of the sale

Related technologies and strategies for continuous improvement

This program is provided by partnership with Jefferson State Community College, Skills for Success, and ACCS Innovation Center.

This is intended for teens ages 16+.
