The Friends of the Trussville Public Library will host their next literary reading session, “In Our Own Words,” Sunday April 13, from 2:00 to 3:30.  Our previous programs have been a huge success!

- In most cases, writers must read their own works, although surrogates may be used if approved by the Friends.

- At least six writers must register in order for the program to be held.

- Estimated reading time, including introductions, should be less than eight minutes per participant.

- Material read should be family friendly.

- Long works, such as novels or biography, must be excerpted to meet time limits.

Please call Mary Lynne Robbins (205-655-7694) to reserve a spot and to give your estimated reading time.
